"Thumbs Up" to the proposal in Congress to allow Soldier Boy/Soldier Girl to have a beer or glass of wine while under the age of 21, as long as they consume the alcohol on a military base or "certain location." Don't you love legislation? The immediate question in my mind was, "What is a certain location?" Never mind--credit JACK KINGSTON (R) and GENE TAYLOR (D) on this one.
